When you retire, redeploy, sell or recycle IT assets, residual data is a serious business risk. ICEX Group offers an enterprise-grade Data Erasure Service that delivers certified, auditable, and environmentally responsible data sanitisation for hard drives, SSDs, mobile devices and whole IT fleets.

We use industry-accepted sanitisation techniques and provide verification logs and a Certificate of Destruction. For media that cannot be reliably sanitised (failed devices or certain types of encrypted/locked hardware) we offer certified physical destruction.

Certified data erasure is considered by experts and industry standards to be as secure as physical destruction when performed correctly. It is far superior for environmental sustainability and getting value out of old/unused/redundant equipment.

We can provide data erasure both onsite (at your location) and/or we can collect, securely transport and data sanitise using erasure at our secure facility.

Security & privacy assurances

· Least-privilege operations: Only authorised, background-checked operators perform erasures.

· Data minimisation: We only record data necessary for verification and compliance; personal data in reports is redacted on request.
