‘Staff Buy Back’ is an IT remarketing service from ICEX and is designed to deliver a cost positive and value-added solution to the disposal of your redundant IT assets, maximising residual return whilst providing a great perk for your staff. We erase data from any IT asset and refurbish your redundant computers and mobile devices, you can then sell them on to staff that might not be able to afford this kind of equipment from new.
How it works
- Having received an IT asset list or inventory, we provide a detailed quotation based on the specification and quantities of each item. We then collect your equipment from site and test each item.
- Assessment and preparation of equipment includes electrical safety (PAT) tests, we remove data, we cosmetic grade and then refurbish as required.
- We provide certification for data wiping prior to IT resale and with one months warranty provided on all devices.
- The equipment is then returned to you to sell and distribute to your staff.
